Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to payments made for the Youth Training Programme.

Training Fee

The training fee is collected for programme registration, training access, onboarding and administrative processing.

Refund Requests

• Refund requests must be submitted with valid reason and payment proof.
• Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per payment gateway/bank timelines.
• No refund may be allowed where training/service access has already been provided or misuse/fake registration is detected.

Failed/Duplicate Payments

If payment is deducted but registration is not updated, candidates should contact support with payment ID, name, mobile number and User ID.

Cancellation

Ashtaayaam Sansthan reserves the right to cancel registration in cases of false information, duplicate accounts, misuse or violation of programme rules.
